Well, summer's over and it's Back-to-School Time!  Tonight was Open House at OLPS.  Nannie went with us since Daddy is out of town.

We first stopped off in Molly's classroom; she will have Mrs. Sarah Kate and Mrs. Phyllis, Mary Claire's teachers from last year.  Molly seems ready, and she got upset that she didn't get to play very much tonight.  She can't understand that she will get to play there all day tomorrow!

We then headed down the hall, past the cafeteria to the Pre-K and Kindergarten hall!  Mary Claire met her teacher, Mrs. Donna who is assisted by Mrs. Sharon.  I was disappointed, and I could tell Mary Claire was disappointed, too, that she and Dannie are the only two from her class last year to be in this class.  This makes me more nervous for her than I already was!  Mary Claire is a lot like me; very shy at first.  But I'm hoping she will prove me wrong and have a ton of friends in just a few weeks!

We read The Night Before Preschool, and now the girls are tucked into *my* bed sound asleep.  I hope tomorrow brings much excitement and fun and not too much nervousness!
