Painting emoji rocks

The library offered a free rock emoji painting activity Friday June 22. We brought Nannie with us and had fun!

Kisatchie Bayou June 11, 2018

We visited Kisatchie Bayou again. We last went two years ago and loved it! Brian and I were both off Monday (well, he worked LACE 0400-0800) so we planned a quick trip. We packed snacks and a light picnic lunch and headed out there.

It’s such a beautiful place! The flowing water is so refreshing! We did more exploring this time. The girls also found an abandoned inner tube that they used to float down a current. 

They found a spot deep enough to swim!

Menard Basketball Camp

This past week the girls attended basketball camp at Menard. They really enjoyed it last year and this year too! Anna went this year!

Friday was awards day!

Mary Claire won the lay up award for her group. Also, her 3-on-3 team won the tournament!

Molly won the put-out award and female camper of the week for her group!
