Princess Boot Camp

The week of June 23-27, the local dance company, Steps by Stephanie, had Princess Boot Camp with the theme Frozen. Molly had a hard time going in the mornings, but they both had a great week!

This week the theme is Louisiana Girls with the focus on cheerleading.

Molly's haircut

We brought the girls to a new kids' salon, Gigglicious. Mary Claire just wanted a trim; she wants her hair long. Molly wanted hers cut short again, like this:

I told the girl a short bob, same length all around. Next thing I know, she is chopping up Molly's hair. I guess she finally sensed my frustration and asked about it. I showed her the picture again and she said she thought I meant stacked. No thank you - she's only 3!! I let her finish as I was already determined I was bringing her somewhere else to get it fixed. As I was paying, the girl who cut Mary Claire's hair asked me if I wanted her to try and fix it. I was so grateful! She fixed it and it is MUCH shorter than we wanted, but it is cute and so "Molly!" When the girl was fixing Molly's hair, I looked over and saw the first girl crying. Brian thought I said something to her, but I didn't; she knew she screwed up.

Swimming at Mary Lee's

Our sweet neighbor has offered to let us use her beautiful pool, and we are really enjoying it!

Home Depot Kids' Clinic Part 2

This time the girls built bughouses!!

We used the finished project and caught some bugs at Poppa's camp this weekend!

Random pics from Poppa's camp

We are LOVING Poppa's camp this summer!!

Happy birthday Nannie!

On Nannie's birthday, I had to work evening shift. So the girls and I took her to Hana to eat hibachi for lunch! Yum! The waitress even figured out it was Nannie's birthday and brought her some complimentary cheesecake!

A few Disney pics

On June 11, Nannie, the girls, Darlene, McKenzie, Ty and I headed to Disneyworld!!

On June 17, we had to pack up and come home. Everyone was sad; Molly even cried. We had a great time and can't wait to go back!!
