August trip to Shreveport
I just realized I never posted about our end of summer trip to Shreveport. We went to Splash Kingdom, the waterpark, shopping and eating at the Boardwalk, SciPort science museum and bowling!!

Successful combined birthday party!
This year we combined the girls birthday parties. Mary Claire's birthday is always Thanksgiving week and it's hard to get people to attend. Plus this gave her a chance to have a water slide party!
Each girl sent out 15 invites and about half of those showed up for each girl!
We rented this HUGE slide from Betty, my old high school friend!
Everyone had fun and it was a great party!!
