Fun activity #3!

I had been looking forward to "this activity" for a couple of weeks now. Ever since I read about the Dragon Boat Races consisting of 41 local teams that were to take place on the Red River, I had planned for us to go. I was so disappointed to learn a few days beforehand that the forecast called for 80% chance of rain that day! But, God dealt us a great hand of overcast and cooler weather!! It was perfect for us spectators!
