Our first day of vacation started out with me working til 230 then us getting on the road to Alabama. We stopped at the Mississippi Welcome Center at Vicksburg and ate pb&j sandwiches, and then we walked around and stretched our legs a little bit. (Oh, and took some pictures!)

We made it to our hotel in Gadsden, Alabama, slept, ate breakfast and were on the road by 0830 to Sweetwater, Tennessee! We made it to The Lost Sea around 115, ate a lunch and then went on the adventure!
The Lost Sea is a walking tour of caves and then an underground lake! It was fun!!
Guess the darkness did Molly in! She finally fell asleep on the tour, but woke up in time for the boat ride! Sweet girl!

We met a family who took some pictures for us while we took some for them!
The underground lake is stocked with rainbow trout that they feed. I caught this one jumping for its food!
